About This Model

The RØDE RM5 is a replacement microphone clip designed to secure slender microphones with a diameter of 16–18mm onto a standard mic stand. It uses a 5/8" mounting thread and includes a 3/8" adapter for broader stand compatibility. A tension adjustment lever lets you lock your microphone firmly in place without affecting its polarity or frequency response. Compatible microphones include the RØDE NT5, NT55, NT6, NTG-1, NTG-2, NTG-3, and M5, making it a direct drop-in replacement for any of those models that have lost or damaged their original clip.
