How to Return
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us straight away. We'll arrange collection at our expense and either repair, replace, or refund the item - whichever you prefer.
Exchanges
Want something different? Contact us and we'll happily arrange an exchange. If there is a price difference, we'll either refund the difference or take an additional payment.
Return Shipping
For faulty items, we cover all return costs. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.
