About this model
The Musical Fidelity Reference 2 is a pair of hi-fi speakers from the 1980s, positioned as an entry-level offering in the brand's range. They use a sealed (non-ported) cabinet design and share the same Elac aluminium dome driver as the MC2, making them a compact option for a stereo system. Opinions on their sound vary, with some listeners describing the voicing as distinctly coloured, so they suit buyers curious about a piece of British hi-fi history.
A great opportunity to own a Musical Fidelity Reference 2 at this price point.
