About this model

The Polk T30 is a passive 2-way center channel speaker built for home theater and music systems, designed to anchor dialogue and on-screen action. It pairs a 1" silk dome wave guide tweeter with two 5.25" Dynamic Balance polypropylene mid/woofers in an acoustically inert MDF cabinet, with a rear-firing bass port for added low-end. Rated for 100 watts peak power handling at 6 ohms with 90 dB sensitivity, it needs an external amplifier or receiver and connects via 5-way binding posts. It supports Dolby and DTS surround decoding when paired with a compatible receiver.
