Selling your gear, step by step
From the form to your bank account. Here's what happens at each stage and what we need from you.

Tell us what you've got
Fill in the quote form with photos of the front, back and model plate. We come back with a price, usually within 24 hours.

Accept the items you want to sell
Open the View quote button in your quote email. Accept some or all of it, or decline. Your offer holds until the date in the email.

Book a free collection or drop it off
Pick a day for the courier, or choose drop off at our warehouse. Tell us what's in each box and roughly what it weighs. No printer? Say so when you book.

Pack it
No original box is fine. Our packing guide covers guitars, amps, keyboards and flight cases.

It arrives and goes on the bench
We email you the day it lands, and finish testing within 3 working days.

You get paid
Once it passes our check, we pay you by bank transfer or PayPal and email you when the money's sent.
If we find something we didn't expect
We email you what we found, with photos, and a revised offer. Say yes and we pay you. Say no and we post it back to you. Return postage is paid by you.

Tell us before we pay you and we'll put your offer towards gear in the shop.
