About This Model

The Rotel RA-935BX is a stereo integrated amplifier delivering 40 watts per channel continuous RMS into 8 ohms, with 60 watts DIN per channel into 4 ohms and 110 watts music power. It offers five switched line-level inputs - CD, Tuner, Auxiliary, Tape 1, and Tape 2 - along with two pairs of loudspeaker terminals switchable from the front panel and a headphone output compatible with a wide range of headphones. Notably, the RA-935BX takes a purist approach: there are no tone controls, filters, or loudness contours, and the signal path is built around a single PCB with star earthing, keeping the audio chain as clean and direct as possible. Note that there is no phono input, so a separate phono stage would be needed for vinyl playback.
