About This Model

The Onkyo CR-N755 is a network CD receiver combining a CD player, stereo amplifier, FM/AM tuner, and network streaming into a single compact unit. It delivers 22 watts per channel and uses a Three-Stage Inverted Darlington amplifier design with WRAT (Wide Range Amplifier Technology) for clean, controlled output. On the digital side, 192 kHz/24-bit D/A converters handle audio alongside VLSC (Vector Linear Shaping Circuitry) for CD playback. Connectivity is extensive: three analogue line inputs, two digital inputs (optical and coaxial), two USB ports for memory devices or iOS devices, an Ethernet port for network streaming, a subwoofer pre-out, and a headphone jack. Built-in streaming covers Spotify, Last.fm, AUPEO!, and vTuner, with DLNA certification and support for FLAC, Apple Lossless, DSD, and a wide range of other formats over the network or USB. The FM/AM tuner stores up to 40 presets, and the Advanced Music Optimizer and Phase-Matching Bass Boost round out the feature set.
