About This Model

The Laney GC30 is a 30-watt all-tube guitar combo amplifier, drawing on a tube complement of four EL84 power tubes and three 12AX7 preamp valves for its characteristic tone. It features two channels — a clean Normal channel and an Overdrive channel — giving players a range from warm, open cleans to driven tones from a single unit. Built-in reverb adds ambience, and an effects loop on the rear panel allows external pedals to be integrated cleanly into the signal chain. Additional connectivity includes a headphone output for silent practice, an external speaker output (minimum 4-ohm load), and a footswitch input for hands-free channel and reverb switching.
