About This Model
The Crate VTX200S is a stereo 2x12 guitar combo amplifier built around a pair of Celestion Seventy 80 speakers and a three-channel configuration. It delivers up to 70W per channel into 8 ohms, with the stereo power section creating a notably wide soundstage. Each of the three channels can be programmed with any of 30 onboard DSP effects - covering reverb, delay, chorus, flange, phaser, octave, wah, and more - giving players a high degree of tonal flexibility without external pedals. The cabinet carries Crate's classic vintage black-and-gold styling and comes in at 27¾" wide and 45 lbs, making it a substantial but self-contained gigging or rehearsal rig.
