About this model
The Yamaha RGX 620Z is a Super Strat-style electric guitar built on an alder body with a flamed maple top, paired with a bolt-on one-piece maple neck and a rosewood fingerboard with side dot inlays. Its 25.5-inch scale and 22-fret full-access fingerboard suit players who want comfortable reach across two octaves. Dual Yamaha Alnico 5 humbuckers in an HH configuration deliver a warm, punchy output suited to rock and heavier styles, while the Yamaha R1000V vintage-style tremolo bridge adds expressive pitch movement without the complexity of a locking system. Produced in Taiwan between 2002 and 2003, the RGX 620Z sits a step below the flagship RGX 820Z - notably omitting piezo electronics - making it a focused, straightforward take on Yamaha's performance-oriented RGX platform.
A great opportunity to own a Yamaha RGX 620Z at this price point.
