About this model
The Yamaha PSR-275 is a 61-key portable keyboard from 2003, built around Yamaha's Advanced Wave Memory (AWM) sound generation for realistic, sample-based tones. Its touch-sensitive keys respond to playing velocity, making it suitable for expressive performance without the weight of a piano-action instrument. With 32-note polyphony, 480 voices, and 100 accompaniment styles, it covers a broad sonic palette, while 26 harmony types, 9 reverb types, and 4 chorus types add depth to any sound. The built-in Yamaha Education Suite provides interactive learning tools - including timing, waiting, and minus-one modes - and the large backlit LCD keeps navigation straightforward. Stereo output at 2.7W + 2.7W drives the onboard speakers, and a stereo audio output allows connection to external amplification.
