About This Model
The Wharfedale Pro SL 824 USB is a 12-channel analogue mixing console featuring 8 mono mic/line channels and 2 stereo line channels, making it a capable desk for small live PA rigs, rehearsal rooms, and home studio setups. Each mono channel carries studio-grade +48V phantom-powered preamps, a 3-band EQ (80Hz, 1kHz, 12kHz) with high-pass filter, TRS insert points, and two auxiliary sends. Connectivity is generous: 10 XLR inputs, 12 x 6.3mm jack inputs, balanced XLR main outputs, and a headphone output, alongside a full-duplex 2-in/2-out USB audio interface running at 16-bit/48kHz - class compliant and driver-free on Windows, Mac, and Linux. Sixteen built-in digital effects covering reverb types, chorus, flange, delay, and rotary speaker round out a well-specified console at this size.
