About This Model

The TDK MP100 is a wired, over-ear DJ-style headphone built around 40 mm TransAIR dynamic drivers with neodymium iron boron magnets, covering the full 20 Hz–20,000 Hz audible range. Running at 32 ohms impedance and 106 dB sensitivity, they are easy to drive from phones, mixers, and portable players alike. Connection is via a 3.5 mm gold-plated stereo jack on a 1.2-metre cable, and a gold-plated 6.3 mm adapter is included for use with standard DJ and studio equipment. The adjustable cushioned headband and rotating earcups follow a classic DJ monitoring form factor, with a total weight of 280 g.
