About This Model
The TC Electronic Helix Phaser is a digital phaser pedal designed and engineered in Denmark, built around a four-knob interface - Speed, Depth, Mix, and Feedback - alongside a 3-way toggle that switches between Vintage, TonePrint, and Smooth modes for a wide range of phase characters. True stereo I/O opens up wide, three-dimensional tones, while the true bypass switching (with an optional buffered mode to prevent high-frequency loss) keeps your signal clean. TonePrint technology lets players beam artist-designed tones directly via smartphone or load custom tones over USB, and the Kill-Dry feature removes the dry signal entirely for use in parallel effects loops. The pedal runs on a 9V battery or 9V DC adaptor at 100mA, and is housed in a compact die-cast metal enclosure.
