About This Model
The Takamine GX11ME-NS is a 3/4-scale Taka-mini acoustic-electric guitar built entirely from mahogany - top, back, sides, and neck - giving it a warm, focused tone that punches well above its compact size. The Indian Laurel fingerboard spans 21 frets over a 570 mm scale length, with a 42 mm nut width that keeps fretting comfortable. Onboard Takamine TP-4T preamp with piezo pickup means it plugs straight into a PA or interface, making it genuinely stage- and studio-ready despite its travel-friendly dimensions. The natural satin finish keeps the look understated and the feel organic in the hand.
