About This Model

The Soundcraft EPM12 is a 14-input analog mixer, combining 12 mono mic/line channels with 2 stereo inputs. Each mono channel is equipped with Soundcraft's GB30 microphone preamplifier — designed by Graham Blyth — offering a 55dB gain range and +22dB headroom, alongside 48V phantom power for condenser microphones. Mono channels feature 3-band EQ with shelving at 60Hz and 12kHz and a sweepable mid (150Hz–3.5kHz), while two configurable aux buses with pre/post switching give flexible monitor and effects routing. Connectivity includes balanced XLR and 1/4" jack inputs, balanced XLR main outputs, RCA record outputs, TRS insert jacks on all mono channels, and parallel headphone and monitor outputs. The integral switched-mode power supply accepts universal mains voltage (85–270V AC), and the unit fits a standard 19" rack, making it equally at home on a desk or in a rack setup.
