About this model
The Sonos CONNECT:AMP is a digital music streamer with a built-in Class-D amplifier, delivering 55 watts per channel at 8 ohms to power a pair of passive speakers directly. It takes an analog RCA line-in, connects over Wi-Fi or Ethernet (via a two-port switch), and uses SonosNet wireless mesh technology for whole-house coverage. Speaker connections are via spring binding posts or banana jacks, and a subwoofer line-out with automatic crossover is included. Cooling is passive, with an aluminium casing and no fan, and multi-room playback is controlled from a smartphone or tablet.
A great opportunity to own a Sonos CONNECT:AMP at this price point.
