About this model
The Sennheiser SK100 G2 is a UHF wireless bodypack transmitter built for reliable audio signal transmission across a wide 36MHz switching bandwidth, giving access to 1440 selectable frequencies. It accepts audio via a 3.5mm unbalanced input and transmits with a frequency response of 40Hz to 18kHz, making it well suited to vocal and instrument applications when paired with a compatible receiver such as the EK100 G2. Four preset memory locations allow quick recall of favourite frequencies, while the Autoscan function helps identify clear channels automatically. The HDX compander system and pilot tone squelch work together to keep the signal clean and free from interference. An LCD display with backlighting, audio signal metering, and battery status readout keeps the user informed at a glance, and a key-lock plus mute function add practical control. The unit runs on two AA batteries for around eight hours of use and is housed in a robust metal chassis.
