About the Pioneer SA-540 Hi-Fi Amplifier
Why this one
- Fair condition - noticeable imperfections, priced to reflect it
- 40 watts per channel with a phono MM input and two speaker pair outputs.
- Ideal for building a classic 1980s analogue hi-fi system on a budget.
Condition: Fair
This Hi-Fi amplifier is in fair condition. Our 8-point functional test was completed in full: all checks passed except speaker outs. Note: The unit powers on, but the 'Speaker A' button is jammed, making it difficult to get audio from the unit. Audio plays while the 'A' button is held in, but as soon as it is released, the button springs back out and the audio stops. Cosmetically, there are a few surface marks and scratches throughout. Please review all photos carefully, as they provide an accurate representation of the cosmetic condition of the product.
