About this model
The Paiste PST 7 Heavy Crash 18" is a crash cymbal built from CuSn8 Bronze - the same alloy used in Paiste's acclaimed 2002 series - and manufactured in Switzerland. At 18" in the heavy weight class, it delivers an explosive attack with a strong, rich crash sound that is both bright and warm. Its powerful, full-bodied character makes it particularly well suited to classic rock and other high-volume playing environments where a cymbal needs to cut through a dense mix.
