About This Model

The Monitor Audio Bronze BX2 is a two-way front-ported standmount loudspeaker built around Monitor Audio's proprietary C-CAM (Ceramic-Coated Aluminium/Magnesium) driver technology. It pairs a 25mm C-CAM gold dome tweeter with a 165mm C-CAM cone bass driver, delivering a wide frequency response of 42Hz to 30kHz. With a sensitivity of 90dB and a nominal impedance of 8 ohms, it is straightforward to drive, while its 100-watt power handling gives it genuine headroom. The front-firing HiVe II port technology contributes to controlled, tuneful bass from a compact enclosure, and two pairs of binding terminals allow for bi-wiring or bi-amping to extract further performance from the design.
