About this model
The Marshall JVM205C is a 50-watt all-tube combo amplifier built around four ECC83 preamp valves, an ECC83 phase splitter, and two EL34 power valves - a classic British valve configuration. It features two channels (Clean/Crunch and Overdrive), each with three switchable modes via relay switching, giving six distinct voicings in total, alongside two master volumes and studio-quality digital reverb. The speaker cabinet houses a Celestion Vintage 30 and a Celestion Heritage 12" speaker for a rich, full-bodied sound. Connectivity is extensive: instrument input, MIDI In/Out, two FX loops, and an emulated XLR line out for direct recording. Full MIDI switching of all functions is supported, and the amp ships with a programmable four-way footswitch.
