About This Model
The LG SN7CY is a 3.0.2-channel soundbar delivering 160W total through three forward-firing drivers and two upward-firing drivers, the latter enabling Dolby Atmos and DTS:X object-based audio for overhead sound placement. Tuned in partnership with Meridian and featuring AI Sound Pro processing, it also includes a 24-bit/96kHz DAC for high-resolution playback. Rather than a dedicated subwoofer, bass extension is handled by two passive radiators built into the cabinet - keeping the setup clean and cable-free. Connectivity includes HDMI (with ARC), optical digital input, USB for file playback, and Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, while supported formats span FLAC up to 192kHz, Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD MA, and more. The optional SPK8-S wireless rear speakers can be added later to expand to a 5.0.2 configuration.
