About this model
The Kurzweil KS-50A is an active 2-way studio monitor pairing a 1" silk dome tweeter with a 5" kevlar-woven curved cone woofer, powered by 60W per monitor (30W HF + 30W LF) with a 2.5 kHz crossover. Frequency response runs 50 Hz to 20 kHz, with a rear-panel bass reflex port, and the drivers are magnetically shielded, making it well suited to desktop and near-field setups. The combo XLR / 1/4" TS input accepts balanced (+4dBu) or unbalanced (-10dBV) signals, and a standby/auto on-off mode helps keep things convenient in a home studio.
A great opportunity to own a Kurzweil KS-50A at this price point.
