About This Model

The KRK Rokit 6 is an active nearfield studio monitor built around a 6-inch Kevlar/aramid composite cone woofer and a soft-dome tweeter with a proprietary waveguide. Its Class A/B amplifier is designed for high headroom and low distortion, making it well suited to critical listening in a studio or home recording environment. The rear panel offers balanced TRS and XLR inputs alongside an unbalanced RCA input, giving it broad compatibility with audio interfaces and mixers. HF and LF trim controls on the rear allow the frequency response to be tuned to the room. A front-slotted bass port enables placement closer to a wall without the bass buildup that rear-ported designs can suffer from, while radiused cabinet edges and a contoured front baffle are designed to improve stereo imaging and reduce diffraction.
