About This Model

The Ibanez SR300EL-IPT is a left-handed 4-string electric bass finished in Iron Pewter, built around a mahogany or nyatoh body depending on production year. Its slim SR4 neck — a 5-piece maple/walnut or maple/rosewood construction — runs a 34" scale with a jatoba or rosewood fingerboard carrying 24 medium frets, making it comfortable for extended playing. The dual Ibanez PowerSpan Dual Coil passive pickups in an HH configuration are paired with Ibanez Custom Electronics 3-band EQ and a 3-way Power Tap switch, giving players a wide tonal palette from clean and punchy to thick and aggressive. An Accu-cast B120 fixed bridge with 19mm string spacing and cosmo black hardware complete the build.
