About this model
The HiFiMAN Edition XS is an open-back, circumaural planar magnetic headphone built around HiFiMAN's NEO supernano diaphragm (NsD) and Stealth Magnet Technology. The diaphragm is 75% thinner than on earlier versions, which is aimed at reducing distortion and improving transient response. It covers a stated 8Hz to 50,000Hz frequency range with an 18 ohm impedance and 92 dB sensitivity. Asymmetrical oval ear cups follow the shape of the ear, and a detachable 1.5 metre cable connects via dual 3.5mm jacks, with a 3.5mm TRS plug and 6.35mm adapter. At 405 grams, it suits critical listening, mixing and casual music enjoyment at home.
A great opportunity to own a HiFiMAN Edition XS at this price point.
