This electric guitar is in very good condition. It has passed our 8-point functional test; no faults found. Note:

Fully tested, and everything we checked works as it should.

Cosmetically, there are quite a few surface marks and scratches throughout. However, for a guitar manufactured in 1986, it is in fantastic condition. There is some finish checking on the headstock, and light scuffing to the underside of the guitar towards the strap button. Please note that the bridge pickup casing is partly damaged, as some of the cream-coloured plastic is missing.

This is a rare, short-lived Gibson Les Paul Studio Standard (or Studio Custom), dated 3rd October 1986. Manufactured only from 1983 to 1986, the Studio Standard featured cream binding along the body and fretboard while retaining the dot inlays of the Studio line.
