About This Model
The Gemini CDJ-600 is a professional tabletop DJ CD player built for club and performance use. It plays Audio CD, CD-R, and MP3 discs, and also reads MP3 and WAV files directly from USB storage devices (FAT, FAT32, and NTFS formats). The unit centres around an extra-large jog wheel switchable between pitch bend/search and scratch modes, giving DJs hands-on control over playback feel. Pitch adjustment runs across three ranges - ±8%, ±16%, and ±24% - with additional pitch bend available via the jog wheel or dedicated buttons up to ±26%. Frame-accurate search, instant-start, cue with preview, seamless looping with reloop, and a TAP BPM readout round out the performance feature set, while RAM buffer memory provides anti-shock protection during playback. Audio output is via RCA phono connectors.
