About this model
The Effectrode Tube-Vibe is an all-tube analog modulation pedal based on the Hammond AO-41 organ vibrato unit. It uses vacuum tubes for the preamp, mixer and phase-shifters, with photocells and a pulsating filament lamp generating its phase-blurred chorus and vibrato sounds. Two LFO modes cover a deep, throbbing "Classic" voice and a dreamier "Smooth" chorus, and a Chorus/Vibrato switch selects between the two effect types. It ships with a 12AU7 tube and can be fitted with others such as the 12AX7 or 12AT7 to change its character. An expression input and external VCO input allow speed control, and true bypass is handled by a sealed gold-contact relay with anti-pop circuitry. Power is 12V DC centre positive.
A great opportunity to own a Effectrode Tube-Vibe at this price point.
