About this model
The Dictaphone 1243 is a handheld microcassette voice recorder built around a sturdy metal body, measuring roughly 2.5" x 4.5" x 0.94" and weighing about 5.5 ounces, so it slips easily into a pocket or bag. It records to microcassette tape and includes a slide function control with a unit lock to guard against accidental recording, plus a Fast Play control for quickly reviewing and correcting dictation.
