About This Model

The Dexibell VIVO S9 is a professional stage piano built around the T2L (True 2 Life) sound engine, which combines sampling and physical modelling technology to deliver deeply expressive piano and keyboard tones. Its 88-key TP-400 W keyboard uses a hybrid wood-and-plastic hammer action with graded weighting, triple-contact sensors, ivory and ebony feel surfaces, and aftertouch - giving it a genuinely acoustic-like playing response. Polyphony is unlimited, backed by 320 oscillators, with sample waves stretching up to 15 seconds on the lowest piano notes at 24-bit/48kHz resolution. Nine motorized draw-faders provide hands-on control of organ tone wheels, the mixer, and EQ, while a 1.5 GB wave memory bank is fully user-reconfigurable via the Dexibell library or standard SoundFont files. The S9 has no built-in speakers and is designed for direct connection to a PA or monitor system via balanced XLR or unbalanced quarter-inch outputs. Additional connectivity includes MIDI In/Out/Thru, USB (MIDI and digital audio), Bluetooth audio streaming, and four assignable pedal inputs including a progressive damper and morphing control. A built-in recorder captures performances as 32-bit floating-point WAV files directly to USB.
