About this model
The Monitor Audio Climate 3G CL2 M is a two-way on-wall speaker designed for permanent outdoor or exposed installations, built around a 165 mm C-CAM RST II bass-mid driver paired with a 25 mm C-CAM black dome tweeter, crossing over at 2.6 kHz. An auxiliary bass radiator handles bass alignment, extending frequency response down to 42 Hz and up to 30 kHz. The cabinet carries an IP66 weather-resistance rating, making it suitable for demanding environments, and the die-cast 'Quik-link' bracket system simplifies mounting. With a sensitivity of 85.5 dB and nominal impedance of 6 Ohms, the CL2 M is compatible with a wide range of amplifiers up to 100 W continuous, and is capable of reaching a maximum SPL of 110 dB. Speakers are sold and packaged as a pair.
