About this model
The Boss VE-20 Vocal Performer is a vocal effects processor built for live singers and solo performers, taking a microphone in via a balanced XLR input (with +48 V phantom power) or a balanced 1/4 inch TRS input. It can create up to 3-part harmonies using real-time pitch tracking, and includes a Phrase Looper with 38 seconds of mono recording time. Effects cover reverb, delay, dynamics, chorus, double-track, pitch correction and special FX such as distortion, radio and strobe, with 30 preset sounds and 50 user memory slots. Outputs are two XLR connections plus a stereo 1/4 inch phones/line output, and it runs on 6 AA batteries or a PSA-series 9V adaptor.
