About this model
The Audac WX302MK2 is a 2-way passive wall-mounted speaker designed for fixed installation in background music and public address systems. It pairs a 3" low-frequency driver with a 1" dome tweeter, crossed over at 2.5 kHz via a built-in passive crossover, delivering a frequency response of 90 Hz-18 kHz (±3 dB) and a wide 100° x 100° dispersion pattern suited to even room coverage. Power handling is 30 W RMS/AES (120 W peak) at 8 Ω, with sensitivity rated at 85 dB (1W/1m) and a maximum SPL of 100 dB. The speaker also supports 70V/100V distributed audio systems via multi-tap transformer (20W, 10W, 5W tappings), making it equally at home on both low-impedance and constant-voltage installations. Connection is via terminal block. The compact ABS enclosure with steel grill includes a mounting bracket and can be oriented vertically or horizontally, with an IP40 rating for indoor environments.
