The Arcam Delta 60 is a stereo integrated amplifier designed and built in the UK by A&R Cambridge Limited, delivering 50 watts per channel into 8 ohms across the full 20 Hz-20 kHz range. A standout design feature is its straight-wire input routing, which bypasses the line amplifier and tone control stages entirely, keeping the signal path as clean as possible for improved dynamics and clarity. The phono stage is particularly well-specified, offering both Moving Magnet and switchable Moving Coil inputs with customisable cartridge loading modules - making it a strong match for turntable-based systems. A dual friction-locked volume control replaces the conventional balance pot, and a mono switch aids listening to older records or weak FM broadcasts. Harmonic distortion is rated at just 0.02% at 50 W into 8 ohms at 1 kHz, reflecting the care taken in the amplifier's circuit design.
