This Alesis NanoSynth is in very good working condition and includes the original manual, power supply, documentation, factory sticker, and a NanoSynth DVD-ROM. Cosmetically, it shows heavy wear: numerous scratches to the underside and a visible scrape across the top panel. All buttons, ports, and display function as expected.

The included DVD-ROM may contain editor software, sound libraries, or documentation—ideal for deeper integration with MIDI setups or patch editing via PC. The NanoSynth itself offers 64-voice polyphony, full multitimbral operation, and a wide range of preset sounds. A compact 1U rackmount module with serial and MIDI I/O, it’s a solid performer despite cosmetic wear.
