Commission Service Terms

We sell your gear for you. We photograph it, write the listing, advertise it across the channels we sell on, handle buyer enquiries, pack it and cover the seller fees. You do not pay us to list or store your item.

We collect your item free of charge. You book the collection through the link in your Commission Service offer.

Pack the item well. If you have the original case or box, use it.

We confirm the listing price after we inspect the item. The price in your offer is indicative until then.

If the item differs from what you described, we contact you before we list it.

We set the listing price and may adjust it to achieve a sale. We will not price an item below the floor agreed in your offer without contacting you first.

When an item sells, you receive your agreed share of its final sale price. That share is set out in your Commission Service offer.

We do not charge any listing fees, storage fees or seller fees. The only amount taken from your share is the cost of a repair, and only where we have agreed that repair with you before listing. We tell you the amount first.

When your item sells and has been shipped, we pay your share to your chosen account around 30 days after the sale. We hold payment for this period to cover the buyer's returns.

If the buyer returns the item during this time, the sale has not completed and no payment is due until it sells again.

There is no time limit. We list your item until it sells or you ask us to remove it. A commission sale can take time, so this is not an instant cash offer.

You can ask us to take your item off sale at any time. We need 72 hours' notice to remove an active listing.

We may return an unsold item to you at any time. If you ask us to stop, or we decide to return the item, we arrange the collection and cover the cost.

You confirm that you are the legal owner of the item and that it is genuine and authentic. You are responsible for describing it accurately, including its condition, make and model.

You stay the owner until the item sells, at which point ownership passes to the buyer.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to reach a fair resolution.
