About this model
The Yamaha YST-FSW100 is a slim active subwoofer built around a 16 cm (6.5") magnetically shielded cone woofer, rated at 130 W dynamic power (75 W RMS at 5 Ω) with a 30 Hz - 200 Hz frequency response. It uses Advanced YST II (Yamaha Active Servo Technology II) and FD-Bass technology, along with a Half Pipe linear port designed to minimise extraneous noise and a Bass Optimization feature. Its slim 400 x 375 x 157 mm cabinet is designed to sit alongside flat-screen TVs, and it connects via a line-level RCA input with volume adjustment on the top panel.
