About This Model

The Yamaha EZ-300 is a 61-key portable keyboard built around Yamaha's AWM Stereo Sampling sound engine, delivering 622 voices and 205 accompaniment styles. Its lighted keys and touch response system - with Soft, Medium, Hard, and Fixed sensitivity settings - make it well suited to learners and developing players. The EZ-300 offers 48-note polyphony, 150 arpeggio types, and a broad effects suite spanning 12 reverb types, 5 chorus types, 38 DSP types, and 6 master EQ types. Onboard amplification runs at 2.5 W per side through two 12 cm speakers, and connectivity includes a 1/4" headphone/output jack, stereo mini AUX IN, and USB TO HOST. Educational features such as Keys to Success and Touch Tutor, plus a 170-item Music Database and 2-track song recording, round out a feature set that punches well above entry-level.
