About This Model

The Vonyx SWA18 is an active PA subwoofer built around an 18-inch driver, delivering 1000W peak power across a frequency range of 30–120 Hz. It connects via XLR IN/THRU and RCA inputs, making it straightforward to integrate into an existing PA setup or to chain with additional speakers. An adjustable low-pass filter (30–120 Hz), a 2-band equaliser, and a 0–180° phase switch give the operator meaningful control over how the unit blends with full-range tops. The wooden cabinet with felt coating houses all of this in a sturdy enclosure weighing 24.6 kg, with a sensitivity rating of 119 dB at 8 Ω.
