About This Model

The Soundcraft Notepad 124 is a compact analogue mixing console built around Soundcraft's GB30 mic preamp and EQ technology, bringing professional-grade preamp performance to a small-format desk. It offers four mono mic/line inputs with high-pass filters and global 48V phantom power, alongside four stereo line inputs switchable between +4dBu and -10dBv sensitivity - making it equally at home with both professional and consumer-level sources. Outputs include a main stereo mix with a 60mm fader, a stereo headphone output, RCA/phono recording outputs, and a dedicated AUX send, with multi-segment LED metering on the main mix. Unlike the related 124FX variant, this model foregoes the onboard digital effects processor in favour of a clean, straightforward signal path suited to live sound reinforcement, rehearsal, podcasting, or small studio recording applications.
