About this model

The Soundcraft GigRac 600 is an 8-channel powered mixer that combines a mixing console with built-in amplification, delivering 2 x 300 watts at 4 ohms. The two internal amplifiers can be assigned to the main mix, the monitor mix, or both at once, so it can drive a PA and stage monitors from a single unit. Channels 1-4 offer combined XLR/jack inputs with 48V phantom power and pad switches, channels 5-6 take stereo RCA/phono line sources, and channels 7-8 add a further jack input. Each channel has 2-band EQ, with a 7-band graphic EQ in the master section, eight built-in digital effects (reverbs, chorus/reverb and echo/delays) with a footswitchable bypass, and 10-segment LED meters. It weighs 12.7 kg and is designed to be portable for small gigs, rehearsals and venues.
