About This Model

The Sennheiser e935 is a cardioid dynamic microphone built specifically for live vocal performance. Its dynamic capsule requires no phantom power and delivers a sensitivity of 2.8 mV/Pa, with a frequency response spanning 40 Hz to 18 kHz - shaped to project vocals clearly through a loud stage mix. The cardioid polar pattern provides strong off-axis rejection, helping to suppress feedback from monitor wedges and stage sources. Inside the metal housing, a shock-mounted capsule reduces handling noise, while a hum-compensating coil rejects electromagnetic interference. It connects via a standard XLR connector and weighs approximately 330-355 g, giving it a solid, road-ready feel built to withstand regular touring use.
