About this model
The Rode NT1-A is a large-diaphragm studio condenser microphone built around a 1-inch gold-sputtered, edge-terminated cardioid capsule with internal shock mounting. It covers 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz, handles up to 137 dB SPL and has just 5 dB(A) of self-noise, making it well suited to vocals, voiceover and acoustic instrument recording in a home or project studio. It runs on +24V or +48V phantom power through a balanced 3-pin XLR output, with a 25 mV/Pa sensitivity and 100 ohm impedance. It weighs 326g and has a satin nickel finish.
