About This Model

The REL T9i sits near the top of REL's T/i series and is built around a 10-inch long-throw down-firing woofer paired with a 10-inch front-firing passive radiator, driven by a 300-watt Class AB amplifier. It reaches down to 28Hz and is engineered to reproduce the attack and decay of bass notes with precision rather than brute volume. Connection options include a high-level Neutrik Speakon input — allowing direct connection to an amplifier's speaker terminals for tonal coherence — plus a low-level LFE phono input and a daisy-chain LFE output for pairing a second REL. REL's NaturalSound crossover handles integration with main speakers, while robust internal cabinet bracing keeps the enclosure inert. A front-panel 0°/180° phase switch, adjustable crossover frequency, and volume control allow fine-tuned placement in virtually any room.
