About this model
The Mapex Mars 14 x 6.5 Birch Snare Drum is part of the Mars Series, which replaced Mapex's Horizon Birch line. The shell is constructed from 100% birch in a 6-ply, 7.2mm configuration, sanded and lightly sealed on the inside for consistent resonance. At 14 inches in diameter and 6.5 inches deep, it sits in a versatile size range suited to a wide range of playing styles and genres. A standout feature is the SONIClear bearing edge, which promotes a fast, clear tone and quick stick rebound - a design choice that benefits both live performance and studio tracking.
A great opportunity to own a Mapex Mars 14 x 6.5 Birch Snare Drum at this price point.
