About this model
The Laney GC30 is a 30-watt all-tube guitar combo amplifier built around four EL84 power tubes and three 12AX7 preamp tubes, giving it a character often described as Vox-like - open, chiming cleans that open up further at volume. It offers two channels (Normal and Overdrive) with built-in reverb, and a rear-panel effects loop makes it straightforward to integrate pedals into your signal chain. A headphone output automatically disconnects the internal speakers for silent practice, while a Speaker output (minimum 4 ohm load) allows connection of an external cabinet. The GC30 is regarded as a precursor to Laney's VC30, and is noted for its sturdy build with chassis-mounted tube sockets.
A great opportunity to own a Laney GC30 at this price point.
