About this model
The Cambridge Audio Azur 540P is a Class A phono preamplifier built for moving magnet (MM) cartridges, letting a turntable connect to an amplifier or receiver that has no phono stage of its own. It provides 39dB of gain with 3.35mV input sensitivity and delivers a 300mV line-level output over RCA connections. Quoted figures include a 20Hz to 20kHz frequency response, 0.009% total harmonic distortion and an 85dB signal to noise ratio. The compact 215 x 46 x 133mm chassis weighs just 0.8kg, so it fits easily alongside a turntable or inside an existing hi-fi rack.
A great opportunity to own a Cambridge Audio Azur 540P at this price point.
