About this model
The Behringer XAir XR18 is a rack-style 18-channel digital mixer built for remote control, with no physical faders or knobs on the unit itself. It offers 16 Midas-designed programmable mic preamps via XLR/TRS combo inputs, 2 additional TRS line inputs, and 4 stereo internal effects engines derived from the X32 series, all running on 40-bit floating-point DSP. A built-in tri-mode Wi-Fi router lets up to 4 devices control the mix at once from iOS, Android, Windows, Mac or Linux apps, while an 18x18 USB 2.0 interface handles multitrack recording and playback. Outputs include 2 XLR mains, 6 XLR aux sends, a headphone output and an Ultranet port for personal monitoring, making it well suited to live sound, rehearsal rooms and project studio setups.
